Pistachio Pineapple Pie Filling Recipe

| 2 pkg. sugar-free pistachio pudding mix | ||
| 2 1/4 cup nonfat milk | ||
| Almond extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pineapple | 8 Ounce, crushed | |
| Pie shell | 1 , prepared | |
Directions
Combine the pudding, milk, and almond extract and beat with an electric mixer for one minute.
Add the pineapple and its juice and beat for an additional minute.
Pour into a prepared pie shell.
