Pistachio Dessert Recipe
Ingredients
| Pistachio instant pudding (106 g) - 1 | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), crushed | |
| Dream Whip or Cool Whip - 1 package | ||
| Colored miniature marshmallows - 1 cup | ||
| Coconut | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Combine together pineapple and instant pudding.
2.Let stand to thicken.
3.Mix the Dream Whip or the Cool whip.
4.Fold this into the pudding mixture.
5.Add in the coconut and marshmallows.
6. Cherries can be added if desired.
7. Graham wafers can be used at the bottom (optional).
SERVING
8. Serve chilled after a sit down lunch .
