Pistachio Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
8 oz. sugar-free yellow cake mix
1/4 cup finely grated pistachio nuts
3 tsp Water
Directions
Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease the cookie sheets.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Beat at low speed until mixture is thoroughly blended.
Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 in. (5 cm) apart onto the greased cookie sheets.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Allow cookies to cool slightly on sheets before removing.
