Pistachio Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| 8 oz. sugar-restricted chocolate cake mix | ||
| Hot water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pistachio nuts | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), finely chopped | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir to completely blend.
Spread batter evenly in a greased and papered 8 in. (20 cm) pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool slightly; cut into 1 in. (2.5 cm) squares.
