 Chicken breast/1 1/4 kilogram chicken, jointed1 Kilogram, breast cut into pieces
 Rice2 Cup (32 tbs), washed and drained
 Onions3 , sliced
 Ginger piece3 Inch
 Cinnamon piece2 Inch
 Black peppercorns1 Tablespoon
 Potatoes500 Gram, peeled and quartered
 Water1 1⁄2 Liter
 Milk1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Lime juice2 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
 Salt To Taste

Place all ingredients except rice, potatoes, butter, milk and lime juice in a large pan and bring to boil.
Simmer till meat is three-quarters done and add rice and potatoes.
Continue cooking till meat and potatoes are tender, removing scum.
Add milk, butter and lime juice to taste.
Serve in soup plates, if you are lucky enough to own some in this day of soup bowls! An excellent dish to serve children and people convalescing from illness.
