Exotic Pisco Sour Recipe Video

| Barsol pisco grape brandy | 1 1⁄2 Ounce | |
| Lime juice | 1 Ounce, fresh squeezed | |
| Red raspberry | 4 Medium | |
| Egg white | 1 Dash | |
| Angostura bitters | 3 Dash | |
| Ice cube | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (or as required) |

Directions
1 In a mixing glass, add the brandy with about an ounce of lime juice.
2 Add in the raspberries and give it a nice muddle.
3 Pour in the simple syrup fro sweetness.
4 Add a dash of egg white to the mixing glass.
5 Add in the ice and cover the glass.
6 Shake the mixture vigorously.
SERVING
7 Strain in to a cocktail glass and add about three dashes of angostura bitters before serving.
