| Egg yolks | 3 , hardboiled | |

Directions
Add the tomato paste, salt and pepper and sugar and mix well.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for ten minutes.
Remove from heat.
Stir in the mustard and egg yolks.
Serve chilled.
