Piquant Noodle Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Bacon | 1/2 Pound, sliced | |
| 1 1-lb. package fine noodles | ||
| Cottage cheese | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sour cream | 3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Onions | 2 , minced | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Dash of hot sauce | ||
| Salt | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Prepared horseradish | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Parmesan cheese | 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated | |
Directions
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp.
Drain on absorbent paper.
Cook noodles in boiling salted water until ten- der; drain well.
Mix all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese in large bowl.
Add noodles and bacon; toss with 2 forks until well mixed.
Turn into buttered, deep 3 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle with 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Broil 4 inches from source of heat until golden.
Top with remaining Parmesan cheese and additional sour cream to serve.
