Piquant Dressing Recipe

The piquant dressing is prepared with anchovy paste and yogurt combined with mustard and worcestershire sauce for taste. flavored with garlic, chives and parsley, the piquant dressing also adds mint sprigs to it and is best served chilled.

Ingredients

 Anchovy paste1 Tablespoon
 Parsley sprigs4 Small
 Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
 Dry mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), cut in half
 Snipped chives1 Tablespoon
 Plain yogurt1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine anchovy paste, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic and chives in blender.
Cover; blend on high speed 3 to 5 minutes until smooth.
Stir in yogurt.
Refrigerate 2 hours.
Serve over salad greens or vegetable salads.
