Ingredients
| Shallots | 55 Gram, chopped | |
| Vinegar | 75 Milliliter | |
| Demiglace 300 ml. | ||
| Gherkins | 30 Gram, chopped | |
| Capers | 15 Gram, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Teaspoon, chopped | |
Directions
1. Place vinegar and shallots in a small pan and reduce by half.
2. Add demiglace. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Skim and correct the seasoning.
