Piquant Flounder Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds fresh or frozen flounder fillets
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons snipped parsley
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
Dash pepper
Dash paprika
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Directions
Thaw fish if frozen.
Arrange in 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking clish.
In 1-cup glass measure, melt 4 tablespoons butter at HIGH for 30 seconds.
Stir in parsley, wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, prepared mustard, pepper, and paprika.
Pour over fish.
In small bowl, melt 1 tablespoon butter at HIGH for 20 seconds.
Stir in bread crumbs and set aside.
Cook fish, covered, at MEDIUM HIGH (7) for 8 to 10 minutes or till fish flakes easily with a fork, giving dish half turn once.
Sprinkle crumbs over fish.
