Piquant Baked Eggs Recipe
Ingredients
| Cheddar Cheese | 4 Ounce, grated | |
| Eggs | 4 | |
| Tomato juice | 6 Tablespoon | |
| Dry mustard | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Dash |
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) In the shallow baking dish, dredge cheese and cover the bottom.
MAKING
3) Break the eggs and carefully drop it on the cheese.
4) In a bowl, mix together tomato juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
5) Bake for 15 minutes or until eggs are firm.
SERVING
9) Serve Piquant Baked Eggs hot with 2 slices of toast per portion.
