Piquant Apricots Recipe
Ingredients
| Apricots | 1/2 pound | |
| Cream cheese | 4 Ounce | |
| Mayonnaise | 2 1/2 Tablespoon | |
| Chives | 5 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |

| Pepper red | 1/4 To taste | |
| Lettuce leaves | 4 | |
Directions
Cut the apricots in half and remove their pits.
Beat the cheese with the mayonnaise and stir in the chives, parsley and pepper.
Spoon the mixture into the apricot halves.
Cut the pepper into thin strips and use it to garnish the apricots.
Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce or in lettuce cups.
