2 lb. round steak, cut in 1 in. cubes
1 lb. bacon slices
Salt and pepper
Directions
Cut round steak into 1-inch strips lengthwise.
Place steak on bacon slice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Roll steak and bacon intopinwheel shape and fasten securely with toothpicks.
Place pin wheels on broiler rack.
Broil 15 minutes on each side, keeping oven door partially open.
