Pinwheel Turkey Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 carrots, cut up | ||
| 2 potatoes, cut up | ||
| Parsley | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 3 cups cut-up leftover turkey | ||
| 2 cups turkey gravy or chicken bouillon, thickened | ||
| Parsley Pinwheels | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Partially cook carrots and potatoes in boiling salted water.
Drain; add remaining ingredients except Parsley Pinwheels and simmer until vegetables are tender, adding more water if necessary.
Serve topped with Parsley Pinwheels.
