Pinwheel Plum Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients
| Plums | 10 Large, halved | |
| 2 medium-size apples, pared, quartered, cored and sliced | ||
| Sugar | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Dash of ground cardamom | ||

| Lemon peel | 2 Teaspoon, grated | |
Directions
MAKING
1 In a 12-cup baking dish,combine fruits.Sprinkle with 2 cups of the sugar, flour and cardamom; toss to mix well; cover.
2 Bake in a hot oven at 400 degrees farenheit for 30 minutes, or until bubbly around the edge.
3 While the fruits cook, separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Mix remaining 1/4 cup sugar and lemon peel in a cup; sprinkle over the rectangles. Roll up,in jelly-roll fashion; cut each into 4 slices. Arrange on top of hot fruit mixture.
4 Bake for 20 minutes longer, or until the biscuits are golden.
SERVING
5 Serve warm, with ice cream (optional)
