Pinto-Sausage Chowder Recipe

Ingredients
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
4 c. cooked pinto beans
1 1-lb. 13-oz. can tomatoes
4 c. water
1 Ige. onion, diced
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
Dash of pepper
1 Ige. potato, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
Directions
Brown sausage; drain well.
In kettle or soup pot combine beans, tomatoes, water, onion, bay leaf, salts, thyme and pepper.
Add sausage.
Cover; simmer 1 hour.
Add potato and pepper.
Cook, covered, 20 minutes or until potato is tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
