Pinto Beans Recipe

| Fatback | 1⁄2 Pound | |

Directions
In a 5-quart casserole dish, cover beans with water and soak overnight.
Add additional 5 cups water, fat-back and salt.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 15 MINUTES on HIGH, then 180 MINUTES on '5' (two 90 MINUTE periods).
