Pinto Beans Recipe
Ingredients
| Pinto beans | 1 pound, dried | |
| Water | 4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Tomato Paste | 4 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Green pepper | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Chili powder | 8 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
1. Soak beans in water overnight. Do not drain.
2. Cook beans in water about 60 minutes or until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients.
4. Simmer 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
