Pink Strawberry Salad Mold Recipe
Ingredients
2 packages frozen strawberries
2 small packages strawberry gelatin
2 cups hot water
1 can (12 ounces) crushed pineapple
2 bananas, chopped
Pinch salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 pint container dairy sour cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except sour cream.
Divide mixture in half.
Place one half of mixture in refrigerator and chill until firmly congealed.
Place second half of mixture in dish in warm water to prevent it from setting in the meantime.
When first half has firmly gelled spread sour cream over top.
Pour second half of gelatin mixture over sour cream.
Refrigerate until set.
Cut into squares and serve.
