Directions
Pour liquid over lemon gelatin.
Stir to dissolve.
Add applesauce.
Spoon one half of mixture into loaf pan.
Chill until set.
Blend cream cheese, cream and mayonnaise; spoon over firm gela tin.
Chill until set.
Pour remaining gelatin over cheese layer.
Chill until firm.
