Pink Ham Dip Recipe
Ingredients
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons catsup
1 3 inch stalk celery
2 ounces cooked ham cut into 3 pieces
2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves
Salt if necessary
8 to 10 small olives
Directions
Place all ingredients except olives in the food processor bowl and process with the metal blade until smooth, about 15 seconds.
Add olives and process until finely chopped.
Serve chilled with crackers or vegetable dippers.
