My son has many cousins, who are girls, and their penchant for pink has rubbed off on him. Pink is his current favorite color. He refers to this desert as pink pudding. He loves this pudding as much for its color as its taste.

 Jelly mix3 Ounce (1 pack, strawberry flavor)
 Condensed milk1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
 Fresh cream1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Prepare jelly using the jelly mix. Place the jelly mixture in a freezer.
When the jelly is half-set (after about 15 minutes) remove it from the freezer.
Mix the jelly with the condensed milk and cream. Blend thoroughly in a blender.
Pour it into a dish and place it in a freezer to set for 1 hour.
Remove and serve cold.
