Pink Peppercorn Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
1 tbsp (15 ml) butter
1 tbsp (15 ml) flour
2 cups (500 ml) chicken stock
Salt
1 tsp (5 ml) pink peppercorns
1/4 cup (60ml) 35% cream
Directions
– In a saucepan, melt butter, add flour and stir. Pour chicken stock into mixture in thin trickles, stirring constantly. Season with salt, then add pink peppercorns and simmer for 15 minutes. Fold in cream and heat without boiling.
