Directions
2. Refrigerate until consistency of unbeaten egg white—about 45 minutes.
3. With portable electric mixer at high speed, beat gelatin until very light in color and foamy throughout.
4. Beat in cream just until blended. Turn into 8 sherbet glasses. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes longer, or until ready to serve.
