Pink Parfaits Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 3-ounce package strawberry-flavored gelatin | ||
| Boiling water | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 10-ounce package frozen strawberries | ||
| 1 cup strawberry ice cream | ||
Directions
In blender container combine gelatin and boiling water.
Cover and blend at high speed till gelatin is dissolved, about 20 seconds.
Cut in half package of frozen strawberries; allow half to thaw for topping.
Add remaining strawberries to gelatin; blend till nearly smooth.
Add strawberry ice cream, a spoonful at a time, blending till smooth after each addition.
Pour mixture into 4 parfait glasses; chill.
