Pink Lemonade Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| 9 inch pie crust | 1 , baked | |
| Unflavored gelatin | 1 | |
| Cold water | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Concentrate | 1 Can (10oz), frozen | |
| Sugar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Evaporated milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled | |
| Red food coloring | 3 Drop |
Directions
Soften gelatin in cold water, add lemonade and sugar.
Stir constantly over low heat until completely dissolved.
Then chill.
Beat the chilled milk until stiff and then fold the cooled gelatin mixture and food coloring into it.
Pour into pie crust.
Chill 3 to 4 hours before serving.
