Pink jelly bikis! Recipe
Ingredients
| Raspberry or strawberry jelly | ||
| Flour | 2 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Shortening | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 - Well-beaten egg | ||
| 2 tb sp - Pet Milk | ||
| Vanilla | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 4X Confectioner's Sugar | ||
| Rolled oats | ||
Directions
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream shortening and sugar together.
Stir in egg, Pet Milk and vanilla and roasted oats.
Chill overnight before using.
Rollout dough and cut with a heart cookie cutter, I didnt have one, mine are round. Each and every cookie needs a half hole like depression in the centre. Use your finger to make a depression.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
When they become cool, assemble the cookies. Put a teaspoon of jelly on the center of the cookie.
Shower with 4X Confectioner's Sugar.
