Pineapple Topping Recipe
Ingredients
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), undrained | |
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cornstarch | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flaked coconut | 1 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Combine pineapple, sugar, and cornstarch in a small saucepan, stir well.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook 1 minute, stirring frequently.
Stir in butter and coconut.
