Pineapple Surprise Recipe
Ingredients
6 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1 whipped cream
2 Ige. cans crushed pineapple, drained
1 lb. marshmallows, diced
Directions
Combine eggs with 3 tablespoons water, vinegar, sugar, salt and mustard in double boiler.
Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
Cool slightly.
Fold in whipped cream, pineapple and marshmallows.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch glass pan.
Chill overnight.
