Pineapple-Stuffed Spareribs Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 rack spareribs (about 3 pounds) | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Cloves | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 cups packaged seasoned stuffing | ||
Directions
Tie spareribs in circle; place bone tips up on rack in open shallow roasting pan.
Do not add water.
Do not cover, Roast in 325° oven 2 hours.
Cook and stir celery and onion in butter until tender.
Mix with pineapple, cloves, stuffing and enough reserved pineapple syrup to moisten.
Spoon dressing into circle of ribs; bake uncovered 30 minutes longer or until meat is done.
