Pineapple Shrimp Outrigger Recipe

Ingredients

 
1 lb. fresh shrimp
 
1 tbsp. seafood seasoning
 
1 tbsp. salt
 
1/4 c. vinegar
 
1/4 c. water
 
1 ripe pineapple
 
Prepared French dressing

Directions

Wash shrimp.
Add seasoning, salt, vinegar and water; mix.
Place in saucepan; cover.
Bring to boil; simmer for 25 minutes.
Drain; remove shells and devein shrimp.
Cool.
Cut pineapple, including crown, in half.
Hollow out, leaving shell about l/4 inch thick.
Remove core.
Dice pineapple; mix with shrimp.
Marinate with enough French dressing to coat mixture.
Pile mixture into pineapple shell.
Garnish with fresh flowers
