Pineapple Sandwich Salad Recipe

Ingredients
4 tsp. Maraschino cherry juice
1 6 oz. pkg. cream cheese
4 tsp. chopped Maraschino cherries
8 pineapple slices
Bibb lettuce
Maraschino cherry wedges
Directions
Combine cherry juice and cream cheese; blend until smooth.
Add cherries; mix well.
For each serving, place a slice of pineapple on lettuce; spread with cream cheese mixture.
Cover with a second slice of pineapple.
Place a spoonful of cream cheese mixture in center of pineapple; garnish with cherry wedges.
