Pineapple Royal Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapples | 6 Small | |
| 1 pint soft vanilla ice cream | ||
| Heavy cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped | |
| Light rum | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Mace | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup chopped pineapple pulp | ||
| 1/2 cup diced bananas or peaches | ||
| 1/2 cup diced orange sections | ||
| 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or maraschino cherries | ||
Directions
Cut off pineapple tops.
Wrap in foil.
Chill.
Scoop out pulp from pineapples, leaving 1/2-inch shells.
Chill shells; combine remaining ingredients; fill pineapple shells with mixture.
Wrap in foil; freeze until firm; replace pineapple tops
