Ingredients

 Pineapples6 Small
 1 pint soft vanilla ice cream
 Heavy cream1 Cup (16 tbs), Whipped
 Light rum3 Tablespoon
 Mace1/2 Teaspoon
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 1 cup chopped pineapple pulp
 1/2 cup diced bananas or peaches
 1/2 cup diced orange sections
 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or maraschino cherries

Directions

Cut off pineapple tops.
Wrap in foil.
Chill.
Scoop out pulp from pineapples, leaving 1/2-inch shells.
Chill shells; combine remaining ingredients; fill pineapple shells with mixture.
Wrap in foil; freeze until firm; replace pineapple tops
