Pineapple Relish Ring Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple | ||
| Hot water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 pkg. lemon gelatin | ||
| Celery | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| 1/2 c. diced unpared apple | ||
| Pecans and walnuts | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 2 tsp. pickle relish | ||
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
Pour hot water over gelatin; stir until dis solved.
Add juice.
Chill, stirring occa sionally, until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in pineapple, celery, apple, nuts and relish.
Pour into four or six individual molds; chill until firm.
Unmoldon crisp salad greens; serve with favorite salad dressing.
