 Pork 3 Pound
 Sugar1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Tablespoon
 Eggs2
 3 small onions 2 green peppers
 Cornstarch
 Pineapple chunks1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peanut oil

Directions

Trim away any fat or gristle from the meat and cut into 1 inch cubes.
Combine the sugar, salt, soy sauce and eggs.
Stir in pork and refrigerate several hours, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cut the onions in half and peppers into 1 inch square pieces.
Remove pork from marinade and dredge in cornstarch.
Skewer, alternating with onion, green pepper and pineapple chunks.
Pass sweet and sour sauce at the table, if desired.
Rice garnished with red and green peppers and salad are excellent accompaniments.
Offer fresh fruit either during or after the main course.
