Pineapple-Perch Fillets Recipe

Directions
Cut into 4 portions.
Place in shallow dish.
Combine pineapple juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and dash pepper.
Pour over fish.
Marinate fish in refrigerator 1 hour, turning once.
Drain, reserving marinade.
Place fillets on greased rack of broiler pan.
Broil 4 inches from heat till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork , 10 to 12 minutes.
Brush occasionally with marinade.
Heat remaining marinade and spoon over fish before serving.
Trim with lime twists, if desired.
