Pineapple Peach Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Crushed pineapple | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Peach | 1 Can (10oz), finely chopped | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate 50 mL | ||
| Orange liqueur | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In heavy saucepan, combine pineapple, peaches, sugar and orange juice concentrate; bring to boil.
Boil, stirring occasionally, for 12 minutes or until slightly thickened.
Stir in liqueur (if using).
Pour into hot sterilized jar; seal with prepared lid and screw on band.
Store in cool, dark, dry place for up to 3 months.
Refrigerate once opened.
