Pineapple Overnight Salad Recipe

| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Lemon peel | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 8 Ounce | |
| Whipped cream | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Maraschino cherries | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |

Directions
Combine eggs, pineapple juice, flour, sugar and salt in double boiler; cook until thickened.
Add lemon juice and peel.
Cool.
Fold in marshmallows, pineapple, whipped cream and cherries.
Chill overnight.
