Pineapple-Nut Bread Recipe

Directions
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda together; add walnuts and raisins.
Combine brown sugar, butter and eggs; beat until fluffy.
Stir in half the flour mixture; stir in pineapple.
Add remaining flour mixture; beat until smooth.
Pour into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over batter.
Bake in 350-degree oven for about 1 hour or until bread tests done.
Cool on wire rack.
