1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup whipping cream, whipped
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped pecans Fresh parsley sprigs (optional) Crabapples (optional) Orange cups (optional) Cranberries (optional)
Directions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Gradually add gelatin; beat well.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Fold in next 4 ingredients.
Pour mixture into a shallow 6-cup mold; cover and chill.
Unmold and garnish with parsley, crabapples, and orange cups filled with cranberries, if desired.
