Pineapple Ice Cream Recipe

1 cup dairy sour cream
1 15 ounce can (1 1/3 cups) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups milk
1 9 ounce can crushed pineapple
Directions
Combine sour cream and sweetened condensed milk; add milk.
Freeze in 2 quart electric icecream freezer, using 6 parts ice to 1 part salt, till partially frozen.
Add pineapple (with syrup); freeze.
Remove the dasher.
Cover the freezer can with several thicknesses of waxed paper; replace lid.
Pack in ice and salt; allow to ripen 1 hour.
(Or ripen ice cream in refrigerator tray.)
