Directions

Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, beaten egg yolks, vinegar and butter.
Add pineapple juice; cook until thick.
Pour juice mixture over fruits.
Chill.
Add marshmallows and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Mix gently.
