Pineapple Gojju Recipe

| Mustard seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Jaggery | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Turmeric powder | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Spring curry leaves | 1 Large | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Grated coconut | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Red chillies | 6 | |
| Bengal gram | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Black gram | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cumin seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Fenugreek seeds | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asafoetida | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |

Directions
Grind coconut and little water to a fine paste.
Heat the oil in a sauce pan, add mustard seeds, when it pops add pineapple, turmeric,
curry leaves and fry for 5-8 minutes. Add salt, tamarind juice, jaggery, ground paste.
bring it to boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the gojju thickens.
Serve with chapatis/dose/rice.
