Pineapple Glaze Recipe
pineapple glaze is a sweet and sticky glaze made with pineaple juice and corn syrup. The pineapple glaze is a hot glaze which is to be used immediately and goes best with fruit cakes.

Combine 1/4 cup canned unsweetened pineapple juice and 1/2 cup light corn syrup.
Bring quickly to a rolling boil.
Remove from heat.
Immediately brush over cooled fruit cakes.
Decorate top of cakes with blanched almonds, candied cherries, or candies.
When set, brush on second coat of glaze.(Reheat glaze to boiling each time you use it.)
Allow glaze to dry thoroughly before wrapping or storing cakes
