Pineapple Daiquiri Salad Recipe

1 (15 1/2 -ounce) can crushed pineapple undrained
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup light rum ,,
1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
8 to 10 ice cubes
Directions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Add enough water to juice to make 1 cup; set aside 1/2 cup liquid.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup liquid and gelatin in container of an electric blender.
Process 30 seconds; let stand 1 minute.
Bring remaining 1/2 cup liquid to a boil; add to gelatin mixture.
Process 30 seconds or until gelatin dissolves.
Add rum, limeade, and ice cubes, processing until smooth.
Stir in pineapple; pour into an oiled 4-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
