Ingredients

 
11/2-lbs. ripe pineapple
 
1/2clove garlic
 
2 cups vinegar
 
2 tspns. green ginger
 
1/2-lb. Raisins
 
1/2-cup honey

Directions

Peel and chop the pineapple, salt and set it aside.
Mince the garlic, raisins and green ginger.
Mix all ingredients after the juice has been drained from the pineapple.
Simmer covered, until desired consistency is reached.
Bottle.
