Pineapple Cheese Salad Recipe
Ingredients
| 16 Ige. marshmallows | ||
| Pineapple juice | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Juice of 1/2 lemon | ||
| Pineapple | 1 Cup (16 tbs), crushed | |
| Cottage cheese | 1 Pint, drained | |
| Whipped cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Banana | 1 , crushed | |
Directions
Heat marshmallows in 2 tablespoons pineapple juice until almost melted; fold over and over until smooth.
Cool; fold in all remaining ingredients.
Freeze until firm
