Pineapple Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup crushed pineapple drained
3 squares unsweetened chocolate melted
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Blend butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together and add.
Add pineapple and blend well.
Add melted chocolate and nuts into batter.
Put half the chocolate batter in well greased 8 x 12 inch pan.
Cover with pineapple mixture.
Spread remaining batter over pineapple mixture carefully.
Bake at 350 degrees F 45-50 minutes.
Cool and cut into squares.
