Pineapple-Bran Muffins Recipe
Pineapple bran muffins are a perfect healthy and tasty treaty for you. While all other muffin recipes are either tasty or healthy, this one is a great combination of both. You must try pineapple bran muffin for a low cholesterol and fat snack. I enjoyed them thoroughly.

Ingredients
| Shortening | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 Small | |
| Honey | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pineapple-1,( 8-ounces) can, crushed | ||
| Bran | 1 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| All-purpose flour-1 1/3 cups | ||
| Baking soda | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat shortening and sugar and then beat in eggs.
2)Add honey, pineapple and bran. Mix well.
3)In another bowl, sift flour, soda and salt together.
4)Add to bran mixture alternately with milk. Mix lightly.
5)Take oiled muffin cups and pour the batter.
6)Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
SERVING
7)Serve the pineapple-bran muffins when desired.
